It is very natural that many times the sky is cloudy. Dark clouds, grey clouds, the heavy ones or light clouds. Cloudy, indicates gloom. But yet, the fertility of soil is dependent on moisture content, that is water. One of the sources of water is good rain. The cloudy skies are indicators of good rain. The cloudiness and the potential for fertility, seems to be on opposite sides of each other, but yet, they are dependent on each other and exist to complement one another. If fertility is perfection and the method is rain , then, on its opposite side is the look of gloom called the cloud. On a closer look, you can infer that all gloom does not have a consequence called doom. As you enter your home, it is inevitable that you eyes can fall on imperfections. It could be dirty laundry or unwashed dishes. Maybe a fallen furniture or a misplaced artefact. Does the sight of imperfection trigger irritation in you? Are you annoyed at people, whom you assess as imperfect? Does it bother you that your observations reveal much errors and flaw in behaviour of other people? These are your dislikes. Simply attend to this rhythm and the waves. You may call it as dislike for situations that are not aligned to the way that you want it to be. This too has a flip side. On the other side, is your fixation on your idea of correctness. Environment and events may not subscribe to your commandments. Imperfection is something that which chose to discard your instructions. Make a list of your likes. You too have fixations. This is another reverse wave and rhythm. A frequency of your brain, that has gripped you into the clutch of things that you like. Penetrate through the imperfections that you see. Let your eyes pierce through this event of flaw and errors. Peal out the cover around the imperfections. Penetrate the way your brain is calibrating the external and environmental slip ups. Maybe an incompetent worker or a lazy labourer. When you reach the other side of the method of your assessment, you will discover that you are severely blinded and wrapped into your personal envelope. This envelope, that is called your likes, the things that you like to do. Do you have the stamina to disrupt this mode of like and this mood of dislike. Disrupting this rigid and fixed notions of likes and dislikes can bring ease into your thought processes. A clarity can come in your brain. Cutting through this package of likes and dislikes cannot happen without effort. It must not be limited as an understanding or as an concept. Its a brain workshop that can be qualified as a tough task. The operation is nothing less than a clinical precision and a surgical strike. We are here arriving at some insight into the way we think.
All people are endowed with pain, distress, and need. The urge to do, is to neutralise this pain of incompleteness. Your endurance of distress may be low. Can you tolerate the hurt that comes from being denied the satisfaction? Residues of un-satiated needs will not bring fulfilment. This is the trigger that drives people into the fascination of hunting. All hunting, gathering, picking and cultivation of food are done to bring satisfaction, completeness and fulfilment. Every hunger is a need. If any thirst or hunger is left unattended, then there is a pain. Can you tolerate this denial?
So now we have arrived at the cause of restlessness and we can articulate the objective, that is, to arrive at restfulness and calm. But for this, you have to identify the product that corresponds to your pain. If the pain is hunger, then, the corresponding product is food. But then, you have to go out to search for food. Your brain can give you numerous inhibitions. Your justifications can bring apathy to the correct action. The inertia in your brain may make you non operation-able. Therefore, you need the valour to defeat the work inhibitors. With force you must dart towards the solution that you have identified.
We are people who want satisfaction for our senses. For e.g. sense of taste or sense of smell or sense of touch. For each sense, is a corresponding object. If you deconstruct the action, to the path till this object, you will find that there is much work to do, on route. You must make the beginning. The work should take you through multiple points on route the path of appropriate work. Only in pursuit of each point on the path of work can you arrive at your destination. The destination is to procure that product that can bring happiness to any one sense. If we talk about the sense of smell, then, we have to procure the appropriate fragrances. Enjoying a cup of tea or working towards purchase of warm clothes will be inappropriate if the goal is to satisfy the sense of smell. Therefore the specificity in selecting the method of procurement is important. Therefore, urgency of your openness to learning. Only doing is learning.
But to be able to do things and execute projects, you must have the strength to outlive obstacles and hostilities. Therefore, every day is a task to overcome and to surpass. Freedom from the capture, of intimacy with likes and aversion and dislikes must be considered as your emergency. This liberation can take you upto 50 notches further and forward from your current status; from the current location of your mind. This is the vision. The vision means that you are at least 50 times in front and in the destination. Looking back to 50 notches behind, you are able to identify new opportunities and possibilities. Then you are equipped to clinch the opportunities as and when you arrive at them.
But then, what are the skill sets that you require to procure the goods and services to satisfy your senses? You need to transact with the people who has the product. You need to know how to trade. If neither of these are possible, then, you have to work on the behest of collaborators. You have to understand the conditions and codes of transactions. Collaboration cannot happen without soft skills. Human beings simply cannot choose to discard the norms of engagement with each other. Even if you need to be a partner of somebody then you must have the specific and required appeal. All the laws, rules and compliance compulsions are there because there is a premise.
The premise of all borders and barriers in relationships and boundaries in interaction is because of mental frameworks. Mind has the tendency to violate, to be cruel and to short change other people. Every mind has potential to cheat and tell lies. Therefore strict vigil is essential to protect your personal interests. And therefore, the articles of association and memorandum of understanding. Thorough education on agreements and contracts will allow smooth and harmonious transactions. This can be learnt only when you are ready to execute the transactions. No study is complete without corresponding activity and doing. People have the capability to be unreasonable. Irrational people can wound your sentiments. Insensitive and illogical people can bring harm to your conveniences and comforts. It is important to identify these hostile adversaries. It is mandatory that you categorise and label them as opponents. Then you need new skill sets. You must understand intricacies of combativeness. It will put you in good state of mind if you can invoke some activism inside you. Your rival may have unfair strategies. They may be expert at indoctrination of your other competitors. Are you smart enough to have tact and tricks to dismantle the unfair contender and antagonist. This is when your learning must also incorporate into it, protecting and defending your resources. Now you are prepared to begin to generate your revenues.
Your wisdom is to manufacture a mirror image of all the learning that is explained about. You have to construct the reflection of this above descriptions. The nature of transaction has a mould. This lesson is the complete template. Because, as much as you have pain and distress, so do people on the other side of you. Their solution may be a product that you have. Your competency is to identify people that need your product, they are your consumers. Similarly, you are the consumer of their product. Therefore, a flourishing and thriving market. Arriving at a market is a premium task. But your willingness to arrive at the market can be at its optimum when you have neutralised your imprisonment into the jail of likes and dislikes. Only doing is learning.
