Invest on Time
May be it is a matter of perception but yet that is capable of directing activities. Our perception gives us the belief that the sun is rising at dawn. And that the sun is setting sometime into the dusk. Our wakefulness begins near 6am at sunrise. You have seen the animal kingdom, all returns to their nests and boroughs near dusk. Some trees seem to fold their leaves just after sunset. Is this not a set routine? Our metabolic activity is linked to this routine. The work that we do is nestled in this perception of time. You may choose to call it as day time or even night time.
Let us deconstruct this phenomenon that binds everybody. Isn’t time in command of your choices and options? Are you free from the grip of time or even the way you think? Almost every bit of your existence is influenced by time. It is impossible to fortify yourself from the penetration of time. In all agreement to the established case of time, yet evidently it is only a perception. The scientific reality is that the sun has neither risen nor set.
So the scientist and the strategist inside of you has to incorporate the time factor in to your decisions.
The assumption is that the wave in the ocean has risen and then will subside. There is a time duration for the rising, and microseconds of plateauing on top and then period of subside. Where would you like to position the launch of your activity? The new product launch needs to surf on the rising wave. It could be a matter of attitude. But positioning the new product on the subsiding wave indicates failure even before the beginning. Haven’t you heard of people investing in discovering the right time to begin their ventures?
If you had the choice of living in a paradigm which time zone would it be in? On a sun that never moved or on a sun that is deceiving by its appearance? The same case can be strengthened with the study of the moon. Too many of your systems of living is founded on whether the moon is waxing or when it’s waning. Isn’t it an assumption that the shape of the moon is quarter, half or even full moon? In this context of comparison, isn’t it a misnomer to relate to it as no moon? In reality the moon has been still and steady. It is only the light of reflection that impacted your perception.
So if investments are founded on timely action and when actions are attributed to its time and when time itself is an assumption then what can the consultant reveal? The consultant can open up surveys, do a data mining, analysis and categorize into statistics and even make a report into a prescription. But yet the fact will remain that the time is an assumption.
Many people has claimed success of investment on its time factor. In India the word ‘muhurtha’ emphasizes the correct time for action. Many even claims inaction in the interval of time called ‘rahu kaal’. I’m sure that violating the norms by which we understand time is not a crime. Investments need to be made with study of multiple factors. Knowing your stocks, study of the company, in-depth wisdom on trading, academics of stocks, shares, debentures and other tools of stake will all give you consequences. How you perceive needs scientific corroboration. The rationale of investment is founded on the principle of demand and supply. There will be many reasons to deconstruct your perception. Elimination of risk in your investment plan is achieved by research and learning. The time itself is bound on mechanisms of short term result and long term vision. The midterm should be occupied with sheer hard work.
Become watchful about the productivity of the industry. Monitor the output from other stakeholders. Rely on your collaborative skills. Enhance your bonding with all the players.
Intuitive investment is the domain of the masters. Spontaneous purchase and sale of script may not adhere to the imagination of the script writer. In such cases of high profitability, corresponding risk appetite is essential. Investors are endowed with patience for stocks to show them profits. Gains are occurred for those who are dedicated to stock market trading. Guarantee of gains is available to those who are not only intuitive and spontaneous but has calibration in their perception. Investment is a combination of four principles – experience, time, perception and risk. Enjoy the nature of investments. Don’t let the sun and the moon do the talking.
